We stopped at this restaurant for lunch after taking the wrong bus on our way to the Miramare castle. Since we were lost, we decided to eat and research our next move. Got here just when they opened for lunch and the place filled up with locals within minutes! The menu is large, so it took a little time to order. The staff didn't speak much English but tried to help. We appreciated that, but it seems that they had daily lunch specials, which would have been a better choice as our portions were huge! We basically didn't eat dinner that day. Lol. Overall, he food and service were good. I'm glad we got "lost."

Lovely service, good food, and spoke English. Felt homely inside. Lovely place to have a Prosecco in Prosecco. The serving sizes are very generous, recommend the tiramisu if they have it, very delicious. One of the only places which were open during the week at lunchtime in Autumn.

Typical food...nothing special I have to say, the potatoes could have been more crispy and seasoned, meat from the grill was good but a lot of similar tastes for different meat cuts. Portions are abundant but everyone brings home their leftovers. The garden looked nice but it was not a good day for us to sit outside! Price was a bit more than expected but not extremely high.

The food was delicious, had a genuine feel to it and very good value for money. Though Google couldn't translate some of the menue,what we got may not have been what we expected but it was one of the 5 meals during our roadtrip

Hearty restaurant popular with locals and visitors. Grilled meats with good house wine and swift service make for a good meal.

Very nice dinner. Small pasta portions but as a primi perfect. The calamari fritti were good. Nice garden and polite staff. Street is close but not too noisy.
